Before you get started, understand that YOUR level of success with YOUR business is contingent on YOUR ability to HELP OTHERS. Our goal, as a team, is to create LEADERS. While you are now a part of an amazing team that is dedicated to ensuring that all of our new business partners are successful, we do not want you to forget that this is still YOUR business. This means that the things that you do as an INDIVIDUAL will mostly determine your success. YOU MUST BECOME A LEADER! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GUIDE AND TEACH YOUR FEATURE TEAM, AS WELL AS PREPARE THEM TO DO THE SAME FOR THIER FUTURE TEAM. Understand this, the more leaders YOU create, the more money YOU WILL make! This is why we want to warn you about playing the "sign up game." This is NOT about seeing how many people you can sign up. Your intent should be to HELP all of your business partners be as successful as you. DO NOT sign up someone and then leave them hanging. By making sure that your business partners know EVERYTHING that you know, you are allowing yourself to be DUPLICATED. By duplicating yourself, you are creating what is called LEVERAGE.
Think about the process you go through when you are starting a new job. There is always training, right? Why? Think about it, if there is only 1 employee working 8 hours a day, how many hours of work gets accomplished in that 8 hour day? 8 right? So what happens if the boss hires AND trains another employee to work an 8 hour day, giving him/her a total of two employees? How many hours of work get accomplished in that same 8 hour timeframe? 16! Your boss realizes that if he/she wishes to get more work done in the SAME TIMEFRAME, all he/she has to do is train more people to be efficient, this allows the boss to do LESS work. Your boss is using leverage! If you do not want to burn yourself out, YOU MUST USE LEVERAGE. Teach your new IBOs EVERYTHING you know ( duplicate yourself), so that you can put them in a position to go out and be JUST AS effective as YOU are each day. If you go hard for 24 hours, and you teach 1 business partner how to do the same, you get 48 hours worth of work done in 24 HOURS!
